And you get the exact same result...or lack thereof.
If you're counting down the days until you can "eat normal" or until the prescribed diet time is over, then you will NOT succeed.
You could give up and tell yourself that you're just not meant to be fit...or that you don't have the right genes, or it's your hormones, or it's just too hard and not worth it.
So how do you actually succeed?
To shed the fat, and keep it off, you need more than just some strategy with food, or some crazy exercise plan. In the end, they're all the same. They're just trying to get you to eat less and move more...creating a caloric deficit.
They all can work, but how come the success rate is an abysmal 4%??
