HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
The burning question! The cost of our Fit Lifestyle coaching program varies quite a bit. If you're a great fit then we can discuss the pricing options that apply to you, your goals, your level of training, and training length.
DO YOU DO IN-PERSON TRAINING?
We do not offer any in-person training. All our programs are delivered digitally through our app, with video instruction. This format works incredibly well for people of all levels.
DO YOU WORK WITH VEGETARIANS?
We do not create any vegan or vegetarian meal plans under any circumstances. There is a constant concern with micronutrient and amino acid deficiencies, and difficulty in manipulating macronutrients. 
DO YOU WORK WITH PEOPLE OUT OF STATE?
Yes. Our program allows you to receive world renown coaching no matter where you live. The experience is the same, whether you’re next door or thousands of miles away. Our approach doesn't change and is just as effective.
HOW DO YOU MEASURE PROGRESS IF WE DON'T MEET IN PERSON?
We use a variety of metrics, including: weight, girth measurements, body composition testing, as well as pictures and biofeedback (digestion, stress levels, sleep quality, strength observations, hunger levels, and more) to determine your progression. We make changes based on this feedback and information and take you as far as possible. 
CAN YOU DO JUST NUTRITION & NO EXERCISE PLANS?
No. We must handle all aspects of your fitness journey. Changing your lifestyle and body composition is a comprehensive effort and involves both physical activity and nutritional intake. We create a plan where one supports the other and results are optimized. 
WHAT NUTRITION PHILOSOPHY DO YOU ADHERE TO? WHAT DO MEAL PLANS LOOK LIKE?
We determine what approach is best for each individual and do not "shoe-horn" anyone into a specific way of eating. 
Our meal plans have multiple food options within each meal, but we also give you the macronutrient information so you can swap foods in and out as you please, making it more flexible. 
DO YOU OFFER ANY COUPLES DISCOUNTS?
Yes! We work with a lot of couples and encourage it. We offer a 25% discount for couples that are living together under the same roof, paid with the same payment method, and working with the same coach. 
DO I EAT THE SAME THING EVERYDAY WITH YOUR PROGRAM?
We encourage you to mix it up frequently, to avoid food fatigue. We give many options of foods within your meal plan and even have a lot of recipes to share for different preparations. Our meal plans do not include specific recipes. We want you to prepare the food in a way that you'll enjoy eating, not a specific recipe that requires ingredients you may not have, and you may not even like it in the end.
