Clueless To Not-so Clueless...
I fell in love with fitness at a young age. I read magazines, I read Arnold's books, I tried to soak up as much knowledge as I could.

Despite my efforts to learn as much as I could, and the hours and hours I would spend in the gym, I still had a mediocre physique.  I struggled for years to make any notable progress.  I knew nutrition was a gigantic piece of the puzzle, but I couldn't seem to crack the code. 

I wasted A LOT of money on supplements that promised incredible things, only to end up with empty pockets and the same frustrating results. 

It wasn't until a major life event led me to take a step back and really evaluate my approach.  I eventually cracked the code for my own physique and started making very noticeable progress.

My life completely changed.  I went from an unconfident introvert to a leader. I excelled in my career in the corporate world, married the woman of my dreams, and completely changed the trajectory of my life.

I became the go-to guy for my friends and family when it came to nutrition and fitness.  I found my true passion here...and the word spread.
