Position: Marketing Coordinator Ninja!

We're looking for a talented Digital Marketer to become a kickass member of our growing team. You'll tackle all things digital marketing for this online-based company. Cool stuff like marketing strategy, funnels, lead generation, paid ads, social media, website updates, SEO, and other marketing efforts. 

You don't have to know it all, but you gotta have some hustle!

  • Design digital marketing strategies and set measurable goals.
  • ​Formulate and execute end-to-end creative and landing page tests with the goal of driving personalization, relevance, and improved engagement
  • Drive continued optimization of new & existing campaigns
  • Identify, create, and analyze KPIs and own digital traffic metrics to improve performance and drive conversions in different channels (Website, Social Media, Funnels, Digital campaigns, Nurture Campaigns, Email marketing) and implement robust test frameworks that measure the incremental impact of channel focused digital marketing on leads, opportunities and revenue
  • ​Ensure all digital assets such as images, videos, and web content are supporting eCommerce best practices and an incredible customer experience
  • ​Make effective data-driven decisions and be able to implement changes quickly in order to improve effectiveness of all website marketing and performance initiatives
  • ​Research and identify new online website optimization opportunities which offer the potential of increased sales and drive more traffic to our brand
  • ​Track and report on the effectiveness of recommended site improvements to management and propose further improvements
  • ​Communicate effectively with management, operations and sales staff as needed
  • ​Optimize content considering SEO, Google Analytics, Hotjar, and other analytical tools
  • ​Update, optimize and implement continuous improvements on website and develop high-performing landing pages
  • ​Deliver results from a remote work environment
  • ​Research and be aware of leading trends in the industry
  • ​Organize swag drops and coordinate with Shopify manager
  • ​Manager relationship with relevant vendors on any outsourced responsibilities


  • 2+ years of digital marketing experience with working knowledge in paid search, paid social, email marketing, content marketingproducts are delivered immediately
  • ​Solid understanding of digital marketing tools and systems including direct experience with Google AdWords, Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin and display/retargeting platforms
  • ​Hands-on experience designing, updating, and optimizing sales funnelsProven track record of defining and delivering innovative marketing campaigns and managing projects that drive long-term results
  • ​Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, with an ability to distill complex ideas into easily understandable stories
  • ​Highly organized and detail-oriented, with ability to juggle competing priorities within tight timeframes
  • ​Exhibits intense curiosity, proactively digging beneath the superficial to identify relevant, information-based facts
  • ​Strategic, creative, and analytical
  • ​Experience with analytics & reporting tools
  • ​Strong knowledge of SEO trends and best practices preferred

Position: Enrollment Coach

I'm looking for a heart-centered coach, who has experience in conducting strategy sessions to enroll clients into the right-fit program, over the phone. This person must have a deep understanding of and testimony of L8R Lifestyle, and convey that devotion to potential new members.

If you view the enrollment conversation as a powerful conversation to help someone bridge the gap from where they are to where they want to be, rather than a sales conversation, and you have a proven history of sales/enrollment success, you may be who I’m looking for!

This team member will provide valuable and transformational coaching sessions to fill our program with our ideal clients. This may be the perfect position for you if you are great at INSPIRING others to take immediate action to get the help they need.

Part of being a great enrollment coach is being able to communicate and coach someone through their challenges and inspire them to take action despite their fears or roadblocks. Is this you?

You need to have a deep desire to make a difference and impact peoples’ lives.

1) You need to be a great listener, fast learner and be willing to be on the phone, holding strategy sessions 15-20 hours a week, potentially more. YES…You can work from anywhere you like! But you must work hard because this position is performance-based. If you're NOT comfortable talking to people, flushing out objections and working fast pace to build and make a difference in the world, then this isn't for you.  

2) You must be a super high communicator, not only with clients, but with your teammates. We have an amazing team, and we intend to keep it that way. Show up and keep your commitments, communicate consistently and positively with your team at all times, as we continue to empower each other and serve our clients at the highest level.

3) You must desire to be with an organization long-term. We are looking for someone that can take a bare minimum of 15 strategy sessions a week, which is a minimum of 15 hours. The more hours you can put in, the faster you will grow and succeed. If you're looking to get some experience and go somewhere else, please don't apply. If you are only able to dedicate 5 hours a week, this isn’t the right match.

4) I want someone that has experience enrolling people on the phone in just one or two calls, if you have experience enrolling high-ticket programs, that's a plus.
